"Friendly staff made pickup easy"
I ordered pickup through bbqchicken, the staff were really friendly. I was kind of feeling trapped in a hectic day and just wanted the order to be simple, and they made it easy. They answered my questions without rushing me, and when I got there, they greeted me right away and double-checked everything. Really nice people, and I’d definitely go back.

"Honestly worth it"
This was worth every penny. I wasn’t totally sure at first because I’d been going back and forth on buying it for a while, and I tend to overthink even small purchases, especially when I’m just sitting on my couch scrolling at night. But after using it, I’m really glad I went for it. No regrets at all.

"A Chicken Feast I Was Not Prepared For"
I thought I was just ordering a normal meal, but then this mountain of chicken showed up like it had something to prove. Way more than I expected, and it was seriously filling. I went in hungry and left feeling like I’d survived a delicious challenge.

I got my bbqchicken.com order and everything I asked for was there, including the sauces. One item was packed a little messy, but the order was right and nothing was missing. Sometimes that’s all you really need from a takeout order, so I was happy enough with it

I ordered the spicy chicken from BBQ Chicken Co. the other night because I was already at home, didn’t feel like cooking, and had been thinking about chicken basically all day. The heat level was just right, not so spicy that I needed to keep chugging water, but it still had a really nice kick to it. I usually like spicy food, so I’m kind of picky about that, but this one worked for me. Definitely something I’d order again

"Convenient, but communication could be clearer"
I like bbqchicken.com mostly because the location near me is super convenient. It’s close to my work, so I can swing by on the way home without going out of my way, and parking hasn’t been too bad either. It’s great for nights when I’m too tired to cook and just want to grab chicken fast. The only thing that gets annoying is when the communication isn’t very clear, like details about orders or timing could be explained better. Still, I’m really glad it’s nearby.

"Tables Could’ve Been Better"
I don’t know, the place just felt a bit off to me. The tables really needed wiping, which kind of bothered me more than I expected. The floors seemed fine though, so it wasn’t all bad.

"Sides were honestly the highlight"
I ordered from BBQ Chicken Co. and the chicken was really good, but the sides kind of stole the show for me. The fries were still crispy, the coleslaw tasted fresh, and the pickled radish went so well with the spicy chicken. Everything was packed nicely too, so I’d definitely order again, maybe even just for the sides

"Pretty good chicken, right?"
I tried the golden original and the spicy one last weekend, they were solid. The chicken had a really nice crunch, and the flavor was good without being too salty, which I appreciated. The spicy sauce did start to taste a little sweet after a few pieces, but it was still tasty, if that makes sense? I do wish the bigger pieces had a bit more seasoning on the inside though. Overall, I’d definitely order again.

"Pickup time was a bit off"
I ordered online and it ended up taking close to an hour. The chicken was fine once I got it, so no big complaint there. I’m not totally sure if they were just really busy or what, but I do wish the pickup time had been a little more accurate.

"Super quick pickup"
I ordered from BBQ Chicken Co. and, it was way faster than I expected. It was around dinner time so I figured I’d be waiting a bit, but nope, the food was ready quick. Pickup was easy too, no hassle or anything. Got home and the chicken was still nice and hot. Yeah, I was happy with it.

Ordering was easy tbh, but after I paid, the pickup time changed, which was kinda annoying. The food was fine overall, no big complaints there. I just wish the website was more upfront about possible delays bc it would’ve saved me some confusion.

"Decent food, packaging could be better"
I ordered takeout from bbqchicken.com and the food itself was good, but the packaging was kind of hit or miss. The chicken box held up fine, but one of the sauce cups leaked a bit inside the bag. They included napkins, but not much else, and the fries were a little soggy by the time I got home. It wasnt a bad experience, I just expected everything to be packed a little better. Id probably order again, but hopefully they fix the sauce leaking issue
